Men’s Pattern Making


The Menswear section contains instructions on how to construct:

  • Three basic blocks – shirt, jacket and trousers
  • Five styles including tailored jacket styles
  • Four types of collars

 

Kids Pattern Making

 

In this course, you will also learn about fabrics for pattern layout and fabric length calculation. You will learn how to assemble your blocks into a complete garment, construct a variety of styles for children including the all-in-one for babies, shorts, blouses and culottes. You can also make adaptations to the styles provided and create your own styles.
